Owego Gymnastics: Not-for profit organization that promotes social and physical development in the community by providing a variety of gymnastics, fitness and health related activities.  Their Kids R Special class is designed to focus on physical activity, socialization, and coordination with a highly individualized approach.

Cornell University Adaptive Climbing Program:   Rock climbing is a fun way to challenge the mind and body and even make some new friends.
